Seaweed butter

This was a butter I used to serve at a fine dining Restaurant i worked at and it was always a top seller. When the chef taught me how to make it i never knew how simple it was to make. This savory spread brings together the rich, creamy texture of butter with the umami depth of seaweed, creating a versatile and flavorful condiment that elevates any dish it graces. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this culinary delight to add a burst of oceanic essence to your favorite recipes. Whether slathered on freshly baked bread, melted over steamed vegetables, or used to enhance seafood dishes, Seaweed Butter promises to tantalize the taste buds and transport you to coastal bliss with every bite.

To make this simple roast seaweed until it can crumble.

Then add this to a food processor, with Softened unsalted butter, Salt and roasted seaweed and blend until you have a smooth paste

it is important to use Softened butter here as it will clump when blending.

Once blended youre ready to serve. Simply serve with some bread or even use this over some steamed vegetables.
