To start this recipe you will need to chop the following vegetables into fine cubes:

1 medium tomato – Diced
1/2 Cucumber – Diced
1/2 red onion, Diced
1 cup of Coriander – Chopped

Next you want to transfer this into a mixing bowl and add the following ingredients:

  • 1 whole lemon – Juice extracted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Then Mix and set aside for 10 minutes

  • 1 Whole 1 Medium Tomato – Diced small

  • 1/2 Whole 1/2 Cucumber – Diced small

  • 1/2 Whole 1/2 Red onion – Diced small

  • 1 Cup 1 Coriander – Finely chopped

  • 1 Whole 1 Lemon – Juiced

  • 1 tsp 1 Salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Black pepper
